There is a new trainee and she is very ignorant. The others try to tell her what to do and she gives them attitude. She messed up My order and still was willing to yell at me if I didn't stop her.
This tim hortons’s employees are really good, won’t rush as other tim hortons. All the staff is well trained and values customer service, especially the guy named Guri and a girl who was at drive thru orders with him. Keep it up guys! I’ve never give 5 stars to other locations. This location has proved me wrong that there are some good people serving the community with smile.

I have been to this location several times recently and have had no issues. Must have improved customer service since other's reviews from a few months ago. Customer service is far better here than at other local locations, so I'm sticking with this one.
