I ordered a combo with a peppermint tea, when I got to the window the lady said it was a black coffee so I changed it to a peppermint mint tea like i originally asked for. Then she only charged me for the tea only resulting in me having to pay for everything separately. There was no compensation given as it was a mistake on their end, i’d give zero stars to this location if i could.

Idk why girl whos taking orders was impatient, two times i was in middle of placing my order and shes like drive ahead .. why i drive ahead until my order is unfinished? And when i get to the window i asked her politely why you’re not letting me complete my order and she just closed the window… time was around 06:15pm sunday. ..

I have been to this location several times recently and have had no issues. Must have improved customer service since other's reviews from a few months ago. Customer service is far better here than at other local locations, so I'm sticking with this one. Last time during a snowstorm I was kindly and apologetically asked to pull around to park in the front for one of the items and after less than a couple of minutes of waiting I had my full order and an extra treat, they said since I had to wait, plus staff apologized several times. Totally unexpected and thoughtful act of kindness. It worked. I'll be back. Well done!

Worst service. It was 8:40 am in the morning and I ordered coffee the girl who took the order was very rude. I put the coins on the counter and she yelled at me. I told her that you can’t spoil someone’s morning. She just spoiled my mood and she was not even apologetic. Worst service. Same thing happened with my sister as well.
