I usually don't eat the insides of the bread as I find it too doughy, but this was not the case I ate everything, I cut one slice and had to go back for another - my husband did the same....if you like sourdough you must try the AP bakery spelt sourdough....thank you AP Bakery.”

This time it was back to being great! Nothing wrong with atmosphere though we were surprised to hear that they don't offer crayons to children anymore because the color on table and walls?? What happens if parents bring them?”

“I’d 100% recommend Hudson Public! I’ve been here well over 100 times and it’s always a great time. Never had a bad experience and food always comes out great. My friends and I generally sit on the patio as it’s dog friendly so I always took my golden retriever Liam up until he had to cross the rainbow bridge and they always made sure to bring him water the second we got there. The way all staff there treated Liam with love, for that alone I’ll always recommend them! But, since we keep having great times here I’ll always continue going here! Yes, sometimes they’re insanely busy and we wait a bit for our food or drinks. We don’t complain because we understand and we just enjoy each other’s company. ❤️”

The Punjabi gentleman working that shift was friendly, fast, and handled everything efficiently even though it was quiet and late. In this day in age, I have typically lost hope in many locations ive visited, but this location is great! I have never had my order made wrong, I recently started working nights at my job and so I have been going to this tim hortons location for my morning coffee and breakfast, not only is my coffee made to perfection, but my breakfast has been too! Its fresh, made with love(i can taste it in my food) and the customer service over the drive thru pa is great, these ladies/gens are doing a great job and they deserve an applause for their hard work in making sure their customers leave happy and satisfied! “We were passing through on our way to Niagara falls and on recommendations fron the reviews decided to try this restaurant. From stepping in, to the explanation of the specials, it was superb. I chose the pasta with seafood, but modified the combo, no problem. The food was piping hot and delish! The tiramisu that ended our meal was wonderful too. I'd definitely go back. Try it for a special occasion, you won't be disappointed.”

Yesterday(05/01/26) my buddies and I ordered two 24 squares one with just pep, the other had pep slice bacon onion both turned out more than delicious.. This made me wonder if the table had even been cleaned The cutlery had pieces of food stuck to it and there were cob webs in the window sills on the inside of the window at the booth we were seated at. When the cutlery was replaced the waitress placed on the table holding the business end, not by the handle. When our food came there was hair in the food. We were given excuses and offered our meal to be replaced. Needless to say our appetite had disappeared, we left and will not return.”

We accidentally set our $50 pickup order to their London location (an hour away 😩). Tired, frustrated, and now food-broke, we called the London store and were told there was nothing they could do. But in dealing with the Brantford location, they ended up making our order fresh and said they would work it out with the other location themselves, even though it’s a separate owner and was going to be a major hassle for them to sort out. Not to mention the loss in goods. They could have told us “sorry, nothing we can do either, - sorry you’re dumb for making this mistake…” but instead, they made our problem their problem - and that is what amazing local business looks like. I can’t believe the generosity and amazing service. We are so incredibly grateful, and it just made us love this place even more.
