Employees do a great job but the place is severely understaffed! With unemployment so high can’t imagine how they aren’t able to find more staff. Just one person manning the cash register, dealing with online orders and packaging all the extra large orders. Unbelievable wait times. But they do it with a smile and I appreciate that!
Couldn't use the bathroom due to a drug user using it before us and staff didn't have time to clean it.But, the young lady in charge ( said she worked there for 10yrs) was very apologetic, didn't want anyone to touch anything in there before they could probably clean it.She was professional and managed the long line of customers very well.This is downtown Brantford, not an easy area to work a late night shift in.Food was great and it was hot!
