Customer service was okayish The pop machine was so dirty with mostOptions out of order fries were over cooked and hard chicken tasted like it. Was double cooked. I have never seen a place so unclean. If I was corporate head office this franchisee would lose this place. Worst experience ever at a kfc!!!!!
Slower than malaise, didn't have enough chicken, waited 20 minutes. The french fries were non existent. This location has been up graded on the exterior, but the interior has not, extremely outdated.Was in there 12/14/2023: Enterance had 1 of 4 lights working.Food thrown together cold. Will not go again. Still bad still out dated counter is horrid looking and fountain machine not working.

My family and I have not had Kentucky fried chicken in many years. Tonight it was the worst meal I have ever eaten.The chicken was burnt, hardly any meat. The white piece was so tough I couldn't chew it. The fries were thin all 12 of them.I tried calling to speak to a manager, the young girl refused to give me her name and hung up on me. I will follow up with the manager tomorrow. 10th January 2024.
