Went this evening with my husband and niece for dinner. We ordered two combo meals, one sausage and one hotdog (with poutine instead of fries) and one small poutine. Paid for the order and whoever the girl is that takes the orders made a snide remark about me not leaving a tip (I had cash, and like to tip only after receiving my order) Got the order, my husbands and nieces were okay, but mine was not. I asked for ketchup and onions on my hot dog, for mustard and onions instead, and I didn't get a poutine at all, I got fries instead. I understand they're busy, and tips are their true profit, but it's never okay to make a comment about the quality of a tip to anybody. Will not be going back, which is a shame because I used to love this chip truck.
