“Glad to have a spot like this in town, especially since it stays open later than most places—makes it a solid go-to when you’re looking for something after hours. I tried the pizza and thought it was pretty solid—flavourful, with a good crust and generous toppings. The wings were surprisingly meaty and had a decent kick. Prices are fair for what you get, and the staff were friendly and quick with my order. I’ve only tried a couple things so far, but based on that, I’d def recommend giving it a shot—especially if you’re into comfort food that hits the spot without overcomplicating things. Worth checking out if you’re nearby and want something satisfying.”

“Gus and his staff hosted my 80th birthday celebration for my family and friends. The service and food were superb and the staff were unfailingly efficient and friendly. Occasionally Gus came by to check that things were going well. We have dined many times at the School House including our wedding and the reception that followed. We have never been disappointed. We intend to return many times.”

“Last week my friend and I took a walk to the Hamilton Airport and discovered this lovely new addition. We were greeted by the friendly owner who despite our lack of sufficient funds provided us with two steaming cups of fresh decaf coffee.We also tried a date square which was served hot and was delicious,lots of natural sugar in the dates and not overly sweet like some of the date squares I’ve had at other places. The coffee was tasty and brewed just for us,what a treat...I highly recommend that those who visit the airport drop in and have a taste...support local business!”

“I have been getting my pizza here since it opened. Some of their pizza prices are cheaper than Brantford. Never had any issues with the taste of the food. The space is super tight. The staff are always friendly. I have had a couple of incidents where I took home the wrong pizza, which, of course, is not pleasant, but mistakes happen!
