Ordered uncle burger with cheese and bacon. This was not an uncle burger friend of mine ordered mama burger my burger was the same size small a whole burger was tiny and I got nine pieces of fries. What the hell for the cost of this they’re just ripping you off at this location I believe, not giving you the proper size burger and hardly any fries. We were very disappointed. I’ll never eat at this location again and what happened to your burgers they are so salty. It’s unbelievable totally different taste. Very disappointing. I’ll be eating at Wendy’s I guess from now on.

Arrived at the mall for a coffee and breakfast sandwich with my work pals right at 10:00. Asked lady at counter if they were ready for business, she said no. She was loading a drink machine and said the lady in the back was not ready either. A few minutes wait I understand but they looked nowhere near ready to go. Tim Hortons was lit, staffed and ready for my business. Do better A&W, you’re in a food court with lots of competition.

Literally the worst experience at an A&w in my life. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and I got a beef burger. I went back to exchange it and as she saw me she starts laughing saying she know I got the wrong order. She gives me back my new sandwich and it’s literally just bread and chicken. Nothing else inside. I go back and she said she will give me my toppings on the side.. I’m sorry but if I wanted to build my own sandwich I would of stayed home to make it myself. I will never spend another cent at this A&w again.

Husband ordered Mama Burger and Sweet Potatoes to bring home to me. Came home with Cheeseburger and regular fries. Very disappointed.!!! Do we need to check the bag because staff are not paying attention & do not care about customer paying for an order that was wrong?

My experience here started with the worker at the till seeing me, making eye contact, and quickly hurrying into the back room. A few minutes later after picking my food on the menu another worker emerged. with 20 minutes to close I was informed there was a it would be 15 minutes before anything on the menu could be prepared. I asked if they were just opening or why there would be such a long wait (for a fast food restaurant ) & I was informed that they are "closing soon" and that was her excuse. I would recommend going to any other option for food or a different a&w entirely. The workers and management on staff clearly don't care about this location

This location called to advise of items not available for a Skip The Dishes order. Instead of cancelling it as I requested, they proceeded to go ahead with the order. It seems Skip The Dishes should've been contacted instead of me - but that was avoided to go ahead with the order against my wishes.
A and W used to be able to deliver food in the mall and they seemed so angry and disgruntled when doing so and now they've gotten so lazy that their location doesn't even do mobile ordering anymore they need to get better at providing a better service instead of just hating everyone who orders stuff

Manager was extremely rude to elderly lady in front of me. She was condescending and looked annoyed because the lady couldn't hear very well. The young lady who served me however was very pleasant and the food was good.But you know? As a manager, if you want people to choose your booth at the food court over the others, I would try being a lot nicer to the customers who keep your franchise in profit. Disgraceful behaviour.

I just bought a Chicken Burger from this location. The chicken is raw and is not cooked. The staff at the back are not wearing gloves. They are not following the food safety standard as per the A&W and the food safety standard. photos is attached.
