The one lady working a few days ago was very nice. I had a free regular sized drink and she was very helpful answering my questions on what is included and what I would have to pay as extra. She was also pretty fast at making me and my friends' drinks.The inside of the store is a little small with a couple of small tables to sit at. I only wish there was a little more space to talk with friends.
i absolutely ADORE chatime ?i've been here about 10 times since it opened, and it has been excellent every time. i also appreciate that they offer oat milk as a dairy substitute since most other places don'ti recommend (all with pearls):- brown sugar milk tea- QQ peach & QQ mango- matcha strawberry latte- chocolate hazelnut delight (especially with sea salt crema)- handcrafted taro

Always a pleasant experience when I visit this location. Staff are so friendly and service is always amazing. This is one of my favourite locations. I only wish they carried the Milk Tea Smoothie flavour (as it is my regular go-to drink).
