Not how I remember Dairy Queen I ordered a banana split and the ice cream was mushy and runny you could hardly see the three mounds of ice cream that are supposed to be in it and then the whip cream dollops were so tiny, it was hardly worth putting it on. If you actually google, what A banana split should look like, mine look nothing like that. The girl at the counter, we asked a question and she said what size do you want? We said no we want to know the difference between this and this, she was not paying attention to us. She was more interested in the girl beside her on her phone Who was purchasing something on the Internet? We won’t be coming back to this Dairy Queen.

we tried to go through the drive thru but they decided they wanted to close 30 minutes only and ignored us. We went up to the window and knocked on the glass and they ignored us. we tried walking in and all the doors were locked. 0/10 service.

This place doesn't even deserve a single star. Unfriendly staff serving with filthy aprons. Small portions. Almost no toppings on cones and blizzards. We go extra mile to enjoy a decent size ice cream in a clean DQ.

I am not sure if I got them at a bad day but absolutely terrible customer service. They were least interested to help or listen at allWe bought $75($5 each) worth gift cards as birthday party favors. After paying for the cards the lady said she has swiped first and last gift card and hopefully all gift cards between them should get auto loaded. The agent said if there is any issue with gift cards we can come back. When we told them it's for birthday party, they said they have never had any issues before.After running a few more errands( within next 20 mins) we decided to go back and just get all the gift cards checked for balance ( specially with all the issues with gift cards these days).The young lady at the counter said I have to buy something first for them to be able to check gift card balance. I was taken aback and tried explaining that i had just purchased them a few minutes ago from same location. They then asked me that there might be an option to check balance online. I asked them to guide me how to do it. The lady seemed confused and I asked her if I can speak to the manager. Another lady shows up saying they are very busy and it would take them 30 mins to check balance on 15 cards. When I mentioned that's not a great customer service they offered to check just 3 cards which literally took them less than a minute.They definitely lost a customer and I am never returning back to this location.Appleby Fairview location is way better.
This location used to be good but now I will never return. They put hardly any topping into the Blizzard and it’s way more expensive than Milton (who actually makes them amazing each time I go!) never again! Also their mini is $5.19 lol no thanks!

I’ll go out of my way to avoid this DQ however it is the one located closest to my home. Food quality is fine and comparable to other locations. However, they are very frugal in controlling the amount of toppings in a blizzard. For the cost, I would expect Much more and I get much more other locations. All of the time not just some of the time the bottom of my blizzard is just ice cream and the top half is sparse in toppings. The cup is never full and although the hot cocoa Oreo blizzard is on the menu, they charge extra to have the chocolate added. Also, their menu pricing is much higher than any other location Near Burlington. Service is always friendly and location is clean.

I was Charged $7 for a SMALL blizzard today at this location. Not only was the blizzard $7 but I couldn't even use my points because they did not have that machine set up. Not only that, the cost of the exact same item at the Milton location is significantly less. This location needs a serious wake up call. There is no way that a 15 KM difference raised the cost of there food that much. Just awful.

It does not open at 10am. Not even drive thru opens at 10am. Wanted to get something to eat before I go to work, but I couldn't get anything. Nobody was there.
