Haven't been to this restaurant since 2019, went tonight with a party of 8 for a graduation celebration, and the food was all excellent, for all of us, the wait staff was also excellent, they were polite, pleasant and social. Food was well cooked and tasty and we didn't need to wait long to receive it all. The only complaint I would have is that the portions were huge and I couldn't finish all the food on my plate! LOL. I visited numerous Jack Astors over the years however we decided to visit this particular one just recently.Our first experience wasn’t as what we would expect from them. Food order took abnormally long to arrive at our table and one of the items was incorrect.The manager Dan addressed our concerns on the spot and adjusted our bill accordingly.
