Marble Slab Creamery is amazing! ?. Yesterday i visited there and the staff was so friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable, especially the girl named Jaskirat. They took the time to help me choose flavors and mix-ins, and she answered every question happily and with a smile. Plus, she is super skilled at creating those beautiful marble slabs of ice cream. She has those personal touches that really make a difference. It's definitely a place I would love to visit again !!?

The staff is so friendly and courteous.We always get the frozen yogurt and enjoy the store made waffle cones.Lovely clean area to sit out front to enjoy your ice cream. Ideal location for young and old, especially on a sunny day.

Very disappointed in this location for marble slab. Employee really didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. The place was not clean behind or in front of the counter. While making the ice cream the employee was impatient with my partner and I as we decided on some toppings and consistently was making conversation with a friend who happened to be taking up a table in the facility. Ice cream immediately melted on the cone and it was a struggle to eat. Love marble slab, but I wouldn’t return to this location again ☹️
Worst experience! I ordered 2 large vegan ice cream cakes for my daughters birthdays they were so excited to have an ice cream cake versus the regular vegan birthday cakes I get them. The person that sold it to me at marble slabs in Burlington is told me take it out and it's ready to serve it was frozen solid which is fine we waited 15 minutes to let it soften to serve both cakes melted into liquid. I'm not sure what this place does maybe they water down the ice cream both cakes went from frozen to liquid no ice cream cake could be served. Complete waste and complete disappointment for my kids. I went back the following day to give them a chance to redeem themselves they just said you have to leave it out for 15 min I showed them the pictures of the melting cakes they did not care. So terrible customer service and the girl calling the owner said I understand why you're upset but my owner said he's to busy to bother with this.

Fix your equipment!! Do not go until they fix their freezers. They served soup and offered 10% discount saying the freezer has only been broken for the day. Typical lie! They only communicated a discount or broken freezer after we recognized the problem before paying!

Came here around 9:05 pm and store was already closed even though it stated that it was open till 10:00 pm. We understand that kitchen must be closed around at least 30 minutes prior the closing time but is it necessary for the store to be closed an hour before it’s actual closing time.
