All I have to say is, wow! I had an amazing experience here. The staff, Matt, went through so many different coffee flavours with me and was so informative, patient and helpful. Great service.
Dropped in go Nespresso Mapleview as a group when family was visiting from Sudbury and Vancouver. Matt was maning the tasting bar and was exceptional. He was engaging, very fun and obviously knowledgeable. He made different drinks for each person to try and did a blind taste test (most of us preferred the decaf!!!). It was a super fun experience. They make you feel welcome. It's nice to have a complimentary coffee after your purchase, friendly staff, and a quick system. Usually in and out fast. I never have any issues. My only comment could be that some of the flavors are just sold for a short period of time.
