They make you feel welcome. It's nice to have a complimentary coffee after your purchase, friendly staff, and a quick system. Usually in and out fast. I never have any issues. My only comment could be that some of the flavors are just sold for a short period of time.

Dropped in go Nespresso Mapleview as a group when family was visiting from Sudbury and Vancouver. Matt was maning the tasting bar and was exceptional. He was engaging, very fun and obviously knowledgeable. He made different drinks for each person to try and did a blind taste test (most of us preferred the decaf!!!). It was a super fun experience. I ended up buying a machine And pods. Overall, Matt made it super fun and everyone enjoyed it. He def went above and beyond. Thanks Matt!!!

Excellent customer service. Knowledgeable. Best decaf anywhere with least caffeine. This was a great location. I have had my espresso machine for four years now and never regretted switching from French press. No thinking and waiting around first thing in the morning for my coffee. No more waste. Each family member makes their fresh cup and has their choice of beans when they want. I can’t say enough. The coffee is great. There is something for everyone.

This is not the only review that says exactly the same thing . I had a very disappointing experience at this Nespresso boutique. Too many people working there and just standing there for no reason. The staff exhibited poor customer service - unfriendly, impatient, and unhelpful. I went in hoping to learn about coffee pod options but left with a negative impression due to the lack of courtesy and assistance from the staff.Even not a single smile from the staff, neither upon entering nor exiting the Nespresso boutique. The overall atmosphere lacked warmth, making the experience even more unpleasant.I won't visit this store again.

We arrive last night and walk towards a lady who definitely wasn't having a good day. She seemed almost upset to help us but we were only coming in for two items. We purchased the pods and when she turned around to grab our two pod packages, my partner tried to ask for red bags but again seemed the lady seemed not happy, she handed us the bag and we just left kinda unsure what just exactly happen. My partner ended up grabbing two red bags that we sitting out because we didn't wanna ask the lady again. Today we open our package to use one of our pods specifically to make espresso martinis for our friends and family and realized she gave us two of the one pods we specifically asked for but left out the other pod package we needed specifically for our drinks intended for new years eve. I feel that other people in the store was nice and I wished we went up to the other associates. Please check what you purchase ahead of time unlike what we did. Normally they are on point. Just not this time.Edit; we came back today to see if we can get what we originally purchased. The lady checked out receipt and it was quick and even got to keep the extra pod package they gave us by accident.

Was extremely disappointed with the service at Nespresso today. My husband and I just purchased a brand new machine yesterday and were very excited to check out all the different pod options in person.We went to the mall specifically to go to Nespresso. The space is beautifully decorated, cozy and wide open for an ideal shopping experience. We arrived 45 minutes before close and were not greeted upon entering. My husband went to the back bar area and politely requested a sample from one of the women near the counter to try one of the coffee options, hoping that perhaps someone would help us more then. He was told to wait, which wasn't an issue. After a few minutes they made him a coffee and then walked away without any further followup about purchasing anything or any further info about actually buying any of the pods.I browsed the shelves looking at cups, wondered over to the display that showed all of the available pod options, I was interested in the peppermint limited edition one but when I looked around for help, 4 of the staff were talking amongst themselves at the front of the store without any eye contact to customers.I went back to where my husband was testing the coffee as another gentleman employee had gone back there. This was now about 35 minutes to close. My husband requested if I could have a sample of a latte so we could test the foam decal/design machine that looked intriguing. We were informed that because it was almost half an hour to close he had already shut down all the machines and was in the middle of dumping all the water. He went on to continue his task.This was my very first experience in a Nespresso boutique and I must admit I am now greatly regretting our purchase of our new machine and am tempted to return it to get something else. Once we're were walking out after commenting to each other about how awful an experience we were having, I noticed a couple employees start to approach other customers, I'm hoping they treated them better than us. After this lack of interaction where we were ignored and snubbed, I ended up ordering a Starbucks drink instead.We walked over to another store in the mall where they also sell Nespresso machines as well as a variety of other espresso machine brands. They made us both feel so welcome and offered to make us both a drink in a different brand of espresso machine they had on display (even though I had a Starbucks in my hand). The lady at this competition store was a complete 180 difference from our Nespresso experience and I will gladly shop at that other store anytime. If you are in the mall, know that you have better options!I definitely do not recommend this Nespresso location. If you still want Nespresso and want someone to treat you well and answer questions and sell you any product, try a different location.
