Ordered thru Uber Eats and called to complain about the quality of the pizza. It was dry, overcooked and tasted terrible. Pizza Hut is usually my favourite but this was BAD. Manager hung up on me after hearing my complaint. Don’t recommend ordering from these guys. Maybe try a different location
We used Skip the Dishes and were disappointed with how our pizzas tasted. Not the usual fresh and delicious crust. We do not like Skip the Dishes for a number of reasons.Since then, we simply directly order our variety of pizzas (Homestyle crust!), pick them up and enjoy piping hot, absolutely fantastico fresh pizzas each and every time. Thank you to Plains Road Pizza Hut!

Pizza ? was good dinner. the cashier forbade us to eat inside the establishment, without the slightest sense. we were traveling from Niagara Falls to western Ontario, we were 2 hours from home. With my in-laws over 75, we had to eat in the car. insensitive and rude I give these 2 stars.
