Poor customer service. My family and I were driving through from out of town and it’s pouring rain, so we wanted to dine in. There was a seating area, however the guy seemed distracted by his phone and refused to help serve us and directed us to Domino’s!I guess this Pizza Hut is going down the tank.

AVOID: Ordered chicken bites & pizza. Chicken tasted sour, very off and the pizzas pepperoni was somthing completely different. Not the typical pepperoni that I get from other pizza hut locations. Even when I brought the chicken & pizza up to my mouth to bite into, there was a rancid odor. Couldn't eat it. Made me feel sick. This location is not following health & safety protocol nor pizza hut standards of quality. Probably using below quality substitute ingredients to save $. Manager is Badetao or somthing like that. I couldn't understand with his accent but instead of listening to a serious customer complaint, apologize and make things better...he rather got hostile, very defensive and invited anyone from head office or health inspectors to confront him. This chalks up another bad review to add to the pile of others here about this Burlington, Plains Rd location. AVOID

Pizza ? was good dinner. the cashier forbade us to eat inside the establishment, without the slightest sense. we were traveling from Niagara Falls to western Ontario, we were 2 hours from home. With my in-laws over 75, we had to eat in the car. insensitive and rude I give these 2 stars.
Ordered thru Uber Eats and called to complain about the quality of the pizza. It was dry, overcooked and tasted terrible. Pizza Hut is usually my favourite but this was BAD. Manager hung up on me after hearing my complaint. Don’t recommend ordering from these guys. Maybe try a different location
