Doesn't matter how many times you go through the drive-thru... You asked to see if they have something. ... No one checks if it's in stock.Then when you get to the drive-thru the worker says they don't have it.

Although the restaurant is clean and offers good service, my raisin bagel order was missing its raisins. This place also has an awful smell.

Overall everything good, however according my personal opinion, they should have eye contact with the customers specifically in the drive thru, as when you are paying your order they are with the next customer on the headphones and in the computer screen already. They should finish with one client and after they give you the order and make sure all is completed, then they should help the next customer. All the best :)

Service is slow, 1 person on cash...same person fulfills the orders. At most 10-15 min wait for a coffee, yes 1 coffee takes 10 mins

Purchased 4 vanilla dipped donuts around 530am on Dec 24. They gave me 4 stale, dehydrated donuts with the icing evaporated and dripped off. Sent a note online and they said go back to the store. Cost more in gas than the actual donuts. So much for “always fresh”.Update- I did contact you via the link below and your response was to resolve in site as stated above.

Always impressed how fast they manage to serve everyone. The place was full but nobody waited for long. I love some of the pastries and breakfast foods/coffee. It’s close to our workplace and they’re always very welcoming and friendly. ?

This place is DISGUSTING!!!There is literal fecal matter on the floor on the washroom that has been there at least a day because it’s crusty and the floors are sticky.They ONLY take orders in store through the machines and you can’t order everything on the app, or make changes to it (for some reason despite trying 3 times we couldn’t change a simply sausage to an English muffin, it only allowed a biscuit).If you have to come here, use the drive through. At least then you don’t see how disgustingly dirty the place is.
