Could have been faster service. It's usually slow when it's not too busy.

Laziest and dirtiest employees with dirty long pinky finger nails who think you’re their friend and keep saying “buddy”. Tim Hortons hires people who can’t even cut bagels in half when requested (they always have). They often don’t have common lunch items. And if they don’t have the item they still charge and take forever to refund you to the point I have to reach in and grab what I already paid for to leave because it’s not fair to the people behind me I’ve already waiting 5 mins for a London fog and for them to refund me for a vanilla yogurt. Incompetence and inconvenience.

I’ve been to this location numerous times throughout the day and never had an issue. However tonight we went through the drive through and ordered a large iced coffee. What we got was half of a large iced coffee. We asked the (very personable) young man working the window why we had only received half of a coffee the young lady working there stormed over and slammed the window in our faces. It’s a shame that one person can ruin the reputation of a location that is normally very good. If you don’t want to work nights, you’ve picked the wrong job. I’ve been through there a few times at night and have only ever had issues with that one person. The day time staff and other night staff have always given excellent service.I realize working in the service industry is hard, I do it myself, however customers should be allowed to complain when they receive poor service without having a window slammed in their faces.

Why do they charge $2.40 + tax for a small hot choc. when all the other Tim's charge $2.10 including tax? I think the owners here are ripping us off on purpose.

Web shows open 24hrs. That’s just the drive though. The inside is closed at night.

Hello. We received a coffee instead of a steeped tea at another location. We were back on the Highway and didn't want to go back to the Tim Hortons that messed up the order. Instead we found the next closest restaurant. I thought if I explained what happened, they would replace the coffee with a steeped tea. Sarang was so kind and helpful. At first he thought he made the mistake, but I explained what happened and without question he gave us a free steeped tea to replace the incorrect item received at another restaurant. I believe Sarang represents the Canadian spirit of Tim Hortons and he should be promoted to a shift supervisor at the very least! :)
