This location consistently gives the wrong orders or forgets items. How hard is one teen burger with 2x fries. Messed up my order 3 times (thankfully I checked before leaving) and gave me a free mug. Not a Karen just new to the area and the GTA locations are spot on every time.

Usually stop when passing through town. Never fails every time we go through the drive-thru we have to go inside to get it sorted out.

Usually have a good experience at this location but not the last couple of times. Today went to washroom to wash hands and the stench was incredible, urinal was filthy, plumbing did not work right and same with wash basin, little water flow, they need a plumber badly. Arrived at noon and only one person working the till and drive through, only seen one person in the kitchen. Fries were bagged first then one burger then another a few minutes apart. Needless to say the fires were just warm, my burger was just warm but last burger was fine. A & W is my go to burger place, hopefully management sees this and makes it all good.
