Such a nice experience today! I ordered a burger through the drive thru and was told they would have to make a fresh one which would take 8 minutes and could I pull to the side to wait, which I didn’t mind at all. But when they brought out my burger I was pleasantly surprised to find a free apple pie in the bag, I’m assuming for my wait! Made my day!!
We like A&W alot but we were really disappointed with the combo teen meal,both are burgers were dried out and looked like they were cooked ahead time for drive through customs and warmed up in microwave. We complained which normally would never happen. Never going back there and we have stopped there several times before. Looks like owners changed.

Usually have a good experience at this location but not the last couple of times. Today went to washroom to wash hands and the stench was incredible, urinal was filthy, plumbing did not work right and same with wash basin, little water flow, they need a plumber badly.
