Disappointing. Delivery service wasn't "operating" I guess? Waited an hour for my delivery, called them and was then informed it wasn't processed and there's no delivery available. Went to pick up (food still wasn't made when i arrived). If I didn't pay attention to my order being made in the kitchen, it wouldn't of even been correct as they forgot a side.Manager gave me a measly pathetic apology. Cooks had a terrible attitude. This store always has something wrong either. They're out of potatoes. Fryers don't work. They're missing something. They have no staff like come on guys. I know it's not the workers fault but owners fix the freaking store up. Maybe people will start coming back to you. They should put a Popeyes chicken here instead

trash will not return. chicken was overcooked and the bottom of the bucket was all grease. you need to shake the chicken when it comes out of the fryer and let it drain i don’t mind waiting for that lmao please get a meat thermometer chicken only needs to be at 165°
