trash will not return. chicken was overcooked and the bottom of the bucket was all grease. you need to shake the chicken when it comes out of the fryer and let it drain i don’t mind waiting for that lmao please get a meat thermometer chicken only needs to be at 165°

Disappointing. Delivery service wasn't "operating" I guess? Waited an hour for my delivery, called them and was then informed it wasn't processed and there's no delivery available. Went to pick up (food still wasn't made when i arrived). If I didn't pay attention to my order being made in the kitchen, it wouldn't of even been correct as they forgot a side.Manager gave me a measly pathetic apology. Cooks had a terrible attitude. Gravy was tasteless and over watered. One drumstick out of a 14 pc, chicken was just as tasteless as the gravy. Fries were way over salted. Common caledonia kfc, step up. Wish I could get my $60 bucks back.

This store always has something wrong either. They're out of potatoes. Fryers don't work. They're missing something. They have no staff like come on guys. I know it's not the workers fault but owners fix the freaking store up. Maybe people will start coming back to you. They should put a Popeyes chicken here instead

Probably the worst chicken I've ever gotten from a KFC. Everything was so greasy, what happen to the crispy chicken. The skin just fell apart it was so soggy. They also never have chicken ready. You have to wait everytime you order. They all talk a foreign language amongst themselves and dont talk to the customers while you wait.

If I could give a zero I would. It's not the workers fault. They were all friendly. It seems like they aren't trained at all. When I arrived there was one person, working very hard in the kitchen. Nobody on cash, nobody giving food out. There were multiple orders on the counter getting cold. I pre ordered my good for 15 min and when I got there waited for 25 minutes. There were about 10 other people waiting as well. This has been an ongoing issue for a few years there. I heard it was under new management but it was just as bad. I will not be returning. I feel for the workers there.

KFC needs to strip the owners of this franchise.... absolutely disgusting establishment, from the food to the employees... 8:07pm arrival doors were locked, the only customer in there let us in. 8:10pm Requested a bucket of chicken was told no ... they stop cooking chicken at 8... weird they are open until 9... the employees communicated by yelling at each other... the cashier persisted to scratch her face while waiting for our partial order to be served... fries cold and more stale then the owners of the establishment. They need a wake up call because the local garnage dump have better picking. Burnt and old cooking oil being used for their "chicken". Pure laziness and trash service... shut the place down KFC..Will be calling corporate in the AM... and judging by all these fantastic reviews... these cheap and dirty owners shouldn't be allowed in the restaurant business let alone a franchise.$50 for trash.Also tried calling once arrived home (750m) from the establishment, calling a total of 7 times with in 10 minutes and of course "no answer" at 8:34pm when closing is at 9pm.

I think they should just shut this place down or get a better owners that knows to properly staff their restaurant. Everytime I go there, whether lunch of evening time they are out of chicken 90% of the time which increased wait times up to 30 minutes. I have given this restaurant plenty chances but today was the worst. Ordered online, website says my food should be ready by 5:38p. Showed up at 5:45p, order wasn't ready and they had no chicken to I had to wait 10 minutes. I left and came back 20 minutes later and my order still wasn't ready. There was a long line of people waiting for late orders as well. Finally got my order, got home and it was wrong but at this point, I just wanted to feed my family. The chicken tasted like smoke, not like "smoked chicken" but chicken that absorbed and burnt smoke making me think they need to work on their exhaust for their fryer. I think I'll take the drive to Ancaster to Mary Browns or try better locations in Hamilton. The staff is always polite but that's redundant when the lack of staffing or proper planning affects customer experience.

We have always gone to this location. Was very disappointed by the chicken pieces size. They were very small. Plus their size of French fries container is smaller. Gravey was very thin. Worse meal every. Terrible at a time when it takes us a month to buy this meal. Will not be coming back.Wheelchair accessibility: NA

Horrible customer service I have called the number for the Caledonia restaurant 10 times and no response I’ve called customer service and they transferred me but no response once transferred absolutely disgusted in this place safe to say I will never eat KFC again !

I think it’s ridiculous for a counter service fast food restaurant card machine to prompt you for tips, I know the option is to not tip but who wants to be that aggressive? When you just want a bucket of chicken to take out, so I guess most people just do it automatically, are the staff even getting it? Won’t be coming
