She always serves us with a smile and so much patience, even though our orders usually require quite a few special requests. She never seems to run out of patience, and honestly, that’s exactly the kind of person you want serving you!

We’ve been to other Harvey’s locations, but the Hespeler location is consistently a 10/10 for us. The customer service and overall experience keep us coming back.

The staff was really nice, the food was great - I especially loved the fries that came with my wrap, and the drinks were great. It was really nice to do a flight and get to try the different options of beers. I enjoyed all of my beer choices. I would definitely go back!”

“My husband and I went there yesterday to celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary. When we arrived we realized there was a little misunderstanding with the table location we had reserved, so the manager did everything in her power accommodate us and prepared a table for us in the executive suite. Knowing it was our anniversary, they offered us champagne and dessert on the house! That was such a wonderful touch and made our night and experience truly memorable. The food was excellent as was the service and ambiance. We will definitely go back again. Very pleased with our experience.”

“I came to this establishment with hopes at a mediocre zone. I came in, ordered my meal and at a brisk pace I received it. I filled my cup with delicious orange soda that was perfect temperature. I then reached into the bag and grabbed the french fry. I took a bite one word to describe it sensational. The staff are incredible and amazing and quick and doing a great job. “We only go to the Cambridge location now because they are consistently so good! The staff are friendly, they’re generous with their toppings, and the ingredients always taste fresh. You can actually taste the quality of the ingredients, which makes such a difference.

The burrito sauce is also the best part. It’s creamy and full of flavour. We’ve tried other locations and found the sauce can sometimes be watered down and missing that same flavour, but this location always gets it right. They also have more vegan options now for their sauces!

Definitely a must-have whenever we’re in the area.”

“The cake studio / cafe in downtown Cambridge just opened the other day and my husband and I dropped in for a coffee after seeing some people talk about the grand opening in a Cambridge group I’m in! Unfortunately this place is approx 20 min from my home, but honestly it was so good I’m going to be forcing myself to go often. Everything from the decor to the good energy in the place… so beautiful. My husband and I had the seasonal gingerbread latte and bought a few cookies. The pricing was great and that latte might have been the best we’ve ever tried… and we are coffee connoisseurs! The owners came out and greeted us and the guy that took our order all went above and beyond for us with customer service. The cakes and cupcakes looked amazing, and the cookies were also a work of art and for the price??? I couldn’t say no. I will definitely be telling my friends and family about this place and wish them nothing but success in the future. Also if you check out their instagram they posted clips of the process of opening a business which was so good!!! I only just left and already can’t wait to go back ❤️”
