We literally waited 28 minutes for two drinks, and it wans't even a lunch or breakfest rush. We were never addressed while waiting, and when we finally walked up and asked what was up, we were given a half baked response with no clear indication that we'd get our drinks any sooner, just that "it was busy" (it really wasn't that bad, i've seen far worse)🤔
