i ordered my coffee in very plain words "medium double double" and that lady who was taking orders could not understand, said that she could not understand single word, but she got it very hard, after that i ordered food then lady said she could not hear me and then i speak loud again, then she replied angrily "your coffee is ready" and pick it up. I left that place then ordered from different place and they serve me better and hear my words very clearly in first time.

Coffee took time to prepare, moving from one attendant to another. It's like there were no available coffee to be served and customers were already starting to line up. But I have to wait for my coffee though and the timbits.Parking: Wider parking area

I had a frustrating experience dealing with the staff, I specifically ordered an Iced Black Coffee and yet, despite my clear instructions, the coffee was not prepared correctly. When I raised the issue, instead of taking ownership of the mistake, the lady tried to blame me for not mentioning anything else. How much clearer could I have been than simply asking for an Iced Black Coffee? The lack of accountability and customer service is appalling. I will definitely think twice before returning to this establishment.

Ordered an extra large French vanilla. Got an extra large cup but only filled 3/4 the way. They ether keep your change unless you ask for it, or don't do the drinks right. Tim's hires thieves

Unfortunately, this has to be the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been in, in my entire life. It is disgusting. The elderly gentleman that makes the doughnuts, muffins, etc. is a little unkempt. Just heard an employee ask the other employees why there are not gloves to wear in order to make food, and why they don't have gloves for the night shift. So now they are making food without gloves? The place itself is disgusting. If there is a little spill in the dining area, it will be there for days, literally. This location used to be very nice, now it's disgraceful. Such a shame. Save yourself, go to Starbucks down the street.

I was at this location a few days ago, there was approximately 6 employees "working", more like socializing among themselves and neither of them acknowledge me when I lined up to order. When they finally came to take my order they were extremely rude. The place was extremely dirty, the tables were all stained with coffee marks and garbage. The glass donut and begal display was filthy. It is so disappointing to see such a Canadian icon, a staple of being in Canada, like Tim Hortons losing quality and lossing prestige. WE NEED CFIA (Canada Food Inspection Agency) TO URGENTLY COME TO THIS LOCATION TO COMPLETE AN INSPECTION.

The service at the drive through was quite poor. They took forever to give us our order and when she finally brought it, something was still missing and the person that served us claimed that she already gave it to us until she finally realized that she didn’t and she didn’t even apologize.

Super slow. The employees seemed to not know what they were doing. Definitely a language barrier which made ordering difficult (we ordered a chocolate chip muffin, one timbit and an Iced Cappuccino made with chocolate milk instead of cream). This milk substitution seemed to absolutely confuse them. They could not figure out how to use the ordering terminal, how to input this, then the employees making it were back and forth a few times inquiring. To make it worse the employees kept speaking a different language to each other and then switching back to English. This just made them seem rude.Nobody ahead of us ordered anything fancy (a donut, a bagel with butter) but it took 15 minutes in line.Looks like yet another Tim's I will avoid. All the ones in Cambridge are getting ridiculous.
