I went to pick up an order I placed on the Harvey's app. I had a coupon code for a $3 burger. The payment didn't go through because a credit card is required. I was given a free hamburg! I was shocked.

They never have baked potatoes despite it being one of their menu options. In the last 6 times I stopped this year and tried to order one with my meal they have never once had one available. Their chicken is good however and the ribs were tender.
