App didn’t work for my curbside pickup, employees could have been more attentive to someone sitting in there curbside pick up spot. Strange how those two thing correlate.

I ordered online.The app communicated that it would be ready in 15 minutes so I drove to the restaurant for pickup. After 15 minutes while I was at the restaurant they called to tell me it would be at least another 30 minutes as they had run out of chicken…They told me I could cancel my order and I asked about the refund. They said for me to call the 1-800 number on my receipt.I would not recommend this place.

Went in to buy your 1/2chicken meal found that the the piece of chicken I received was very small when I ask the girl at the cash if this was a 1/2chicken she said it was she told me when sits around a while it shrinks.it must been siting around a long time because last time I order 1/2chicken dinner it was bigger piece . I will think twice before ordering from here any more .

When did Swiss Chalet get so disappointing?First off it's next to impossible to find a menu on line that has prices and I now understand why,placed a takeout order and the prices seemed high half rack of ribs 27.99 no fries I later was able to find the prices and discovered I was over charged on my entire order.The sad part was that the quality of the food was so poor most of the meals were not eaten.I will not be returning to Swiss Chalet.

They never have baked potatoes despite it being one of their menu options. In the last 6 times I stopped this year and tried to order one with my meal they have never once had one available. Their chicken is good however and the ribs were tender.
