Firstly, the beef rice noodles were exceptionally delicious. Secondly, after our meal, my son accidentally left his down jacket at the restaurant. The staff kindly assisted in securing it, for which I'm truly grateful! I will definitely come again！
Being Vietnamese myself, I have to say I really enjoy Minh's pho. It's so nice to have a new place in Collingwood serving authentic Vietnamese food. Minh is very friendly, personable, and a great cook. We have dined in and for the first time ever, I recently did takeout special beef pho. For me, this is usually a no-no, but the packaging is really well done with piping hot broth. They make their own beef balls, too. A must when you visit Collingwood!

I’ve been twice. I’ll be going again. The food is delicious and so fresh. Very fun place. Even though it was busy our food came quickly and the staff checked in with us. Try the coconut drink. Refreshing and fun.
