Update: The store is usually clean now and the service has improved a great deal with the current employees. Onyx is especially friendly and treats my daughters and me especially nicely. They have closed off the fireplace area and gotten rid of the comfortable chairs and turned it into storage. This place needs a serious management upgrade as far as their time management and delegating tasks during a busy rush. I can tell they don’t have skilled experience with this as Everytime I go in it’s absolutely chaotic , no structure to the flow behind the counter in dealing with the drive through and interior orders.
