The wait time is pretty bad, my friend once waited over 10 minutes for a bagel. They're forgetful and don't understand instructions. I asked for a dairy free latte, to substitute almond milk instead of normal milk because I'm lactose intolerant. They said they couldn't make a latte so I asked for an iced coffee instead, they made that with cream, I assumed they would've known that I wanted that without dairy aswell.
