Manny's restaurant

We ordered pizza to our hotel. The pizza was not hot by the time it arrived. We also did not receive the drinks we ordered. The sauce that was brought with the wings was awful. I do not recommend this place at all.

Just ordered from Manny's for the first time. I loved my all dressed pizza! It was perfectly cooked and the amount of toppings was great! I have been ordering from Riverside for 40yrs, but I think I have a new favorite pizza place.

Was a really great place when first started out, I know I had my problems at one time with how I was spoken to by whoever took the calls, and being told that you can talk to people however you want as long as them you give them food...which by far is not true at all, you have to actually conduct your business with a certain amout of professionalism, to insist otherwise shows exactly what you think of your customers... I also had problems with how the quality of the food has changed, I used to love your Canadian pizza but eventually you stopped adding bacon or added so little it cant be found, so aside from getting the pizzas which used to have bacon in unstapled boxes which, at one time they used be stapled I just stopped. I started liking your jumbo wraps but then too, sometimes theyre jumbo, sometimes theyre miniature and one is about half the size of the other, I know this having order them several times and sometimes even when order 2 one is way huger than the other not having room for hardly any fries in the box and the other is loaded with fries to make up for your shortcoming? I stopped with those too in time, its not worth it to pay the same price and get less at any time.. This last time, I ordered a poutine Monday night at 9 p.m. and I am not more than 10 minutes away, never got the poutine, I tried calling at 10:03 of course, no answer, so I called this afternoon and inquired what happened to the poutine I ordered.. I was told by the lady taking the call she would sort it out and call me back. When she did call me back she explained that the poutine was delivered and paid for, which I explained is odd, mustve been somewhere else because it did not make it to me. She then suggested maybe someone else in the house got it. Which I assured her no, it was just me waiting for one poutine and that no one came or called in regards to a poutine. You dont handle disappointment well Manny, which would be understandable if there was no fault, but seeing there was and is, it should say something to you, it does to me and heres the thing pal, not once was my end of our dealings ever short as I dont imagine any customer is ripping you off, they just want their moneys worth.. But it is you that looks to gain and as said in times past, if it was not unprofessionalism in taking orders with some gruff lady answering the phone WHADDYAWANT and then talk over the the person calling when they do talk, then it was lesser quality food and unproportioned portions, and now a person cant even call and order and expect to recieve their order. Interesting times anyways, from about 5 years ago to ordering once or twice a week to a bit later ordering once or twice a month to now where I maybe order once or twice a year and still you just cant get it right can you? Feel free to say what you know or be snarky as is your nature, but that all could be energy and time spent making good food, but I for sure will not be ordering from you again. Lately, it seems the fast food industry is providing a quality of service and food that used to be beneath local restaraunts but is lately seeming better and almost always consistent.
