“I live very much in suburbs but happen to be surrounded by many small, family owned and operated businesses including two bakeries. I've recently discovered Black Walnut Bakery and was not only blown away by the product but by the staff and the atmosphere. I HIIIIIIGHLY recommend them ! Their multi-grain bread WILL knock your socks off (not to mention scrumptious desserts)”

I don't like the 10th line branch since I believe they don't care about the customization of the orders! We ask for light mayo, and there is no difference with regular one. We asked for extra pickles, no difference with regular! We asked Diet coke, and I believe it wasn't Diet coke!In general, it's a good option when you don't want to cook !?”

“Customer service was very poor, only half of our order came to the table as we were told they’re out of chicken after getting half of it. So we had to eat just the fried rice and soup without any mains. They offered that the rice will be on the house, but then secretly charged us for it. Overall the staff was very disrespectful and not courteous at all. Food was good though but not worth the service we got.”

“I have been to the African BBQ House for the last 4 days straight. The food was just woo hoo, so good. The spice, the salad dressing, the rice; I have been to many BBQ restaurant in my time, but the African BBQ House on Dalhousie St. has the best tasting skews and the best customer service. “Picked up a chicken family platter today to try this place. First, I was shocked by the price $75 but more importantly, the platter was two thirds full of potatoes (we asked for potatoes instead of rice) and barely enough chicken to feed four adults including two women at lunchtime. Any other place, we typically get two meals for 4 people with a family platter for $62. Very disappointed and while the vege display was nice, it is not worth the price. This is a first and last for our family.”

I was in the aisle feeling a little overwhelmed over the differences between brands and frantically googling which is best when the gentlemen who was working the store approached me. He went through each and every supplement I was looking for and pointed out the differences and why some might be more beneficial over others. I had the pleasure of meeting Patrick earlier this week who went out of his way to assist me. I listened and watched Patrick assist the customers ahead of me, he was patient, knowledgeable and kind. When it came to my turn, Patrick was no different. He knows the products well. Patrick’s recommendations were perfect for me. He doesn’t treat you as a customer, but more like a friend.
