I passed this branch around 11 am, Sunday, on my way back to Toronto and was disappointed by the overall service I got. The jalapeno bagel was fine but the decaf coffee was botched. First it got lost in the shuffle as I stood there a few minutes (there were only 3 customers) when the coffee was in the counter all along, nobody called out to say that the decaf was already available. The worst ever onroute Tim hortons. It wasn't even busy. It took them 20 mins to brew 3 coffees and the reply was the order did not pop on their screen, while I saw the order on the screen. Wow!

Waited 30 min for our mobile order. Started asking for questions at the 20 min mark. Eventually they refunded the cost but also cancelled the order despite clearly assuring me they would still make it. Come on Tim’s, train your people and give them enough support. Absolutely absurd experience.
