I passed this branch around 11 am, Sunday, on my way back to Toronto and was disappointed by the overall service I got. The jalapeno bagel was fine but the decaf coffee was botched. First it got lost in the shuffle as I stood there a few minutes (there were only 3 customers) when the coffee was in the counter all along, nobody called out to say that the decaf was already available. Then, worse, I later realized it was not decaf! There’s a lot of back and forth to the back kitchen giving an impression that the crew is disorganized. The team in place needs to be trained more. Not an efficient outlet.

The worst ever onroute Tim hortons. It wasn't even busy. It took them 20 mins to brew 3 coffees and the reply was the order did not pop on their screen, while I saw the order on the screen. Wow!

Went in on the way home around 1am. Tried to order something to eat and was told that no food available. Could see buns, bread and bagels on rack. The cashier said that those were expired and no food will be available till after 2am. So I just ordered a coffee. While waiting for my coffee the customer in front of me was handed a grilled cheese sandwich. The coffee was very old and to strong.
Ordered online at 9:50 for pickup at 10am. Got there at 10:02 and they said to wait in line? I ordered online to skip the line. I then showed them that I had ordered in advance and already paid. They had no order ready for me. Didn’t even receive it. then they gave me the frozen lemonade instead of a regular lemonade. And only put 2 sugars in my boyfriend coffee when I said 3 on the order. Maybe they should update their online ordering system. It’s now 10:10, 10 min after pickup. I ordered online because I know they’re slow as hell to avoid this ?

Usually i stop here every day, i noticed there mobile order is not working since last year. I tried to contact the support team there, but they just said will fix it.Till now mobile order service is not available here. Mobile order is very convenient and fast service that saves 10-15 minutes every time. I believe you will resume this. Customer service is extremely great.
