Witnessed an older worker, around 60 years old, really giving a new worker a hard time for a mistake he had made. After I received my order, she apologized to me, explaining that it was his first day. Still in shock, I asked her how she would feel if someone treated her like that on her first day. I doubt she even thought twice about what I said.
My only complaint of Tim Horton's with a Drive through. Is that there more noisy bells and machines whistling and popping and the Employees with their headsets calling and talking to each other and to their customers. If you're going there to sit and have a conversation with somebody, it might be difficult. But nothing beats a good dark Rost tim horton's coffee.

The quality in the professionalism of Tim Hortons that used to be is no longer there their coffee tastes like something that was filtered through my gym socks and they have left behind all the good Donuts in favor of whatever they're doing now whatever happened to toasted coconut or crushed peanuts on top of a glazed donut just to name a couple that used to be the most popular and if the staff there doesn't have a cash machine that calculates the change for them they'd be lost
