“Craving sushi for dinner and found this take out spot. The restaurant looks nice and smells like it has good sushi, so I decided to try a few things.The Maki platter B seems to feature a different selection of rolls over time, but I had California roll, yam tempura roll, spicy salmon roll, salmon avocado roll, mad crab roll, double shrimp roll and dynamite roll. The first 4 rolls are common among sushi restaurants so I will not be reviewing those here. The rice is pretty well done, neither too sweet or sour.My favourite is the mad crab roll is a shrimp tempura roll with shredded imitation crab and spicy mayo on top. The sauce does not overpower the rest of the components. The shredded crab adds sweetness to the otherwise simply crunchy roll.Double shrimp is a close second, with two shrimp tempura in the middle and 1 cooked shrimp with torched mayo on top. This is such an excellent idea to add more shrimp flavour into the maki.Not on the menu online, is the zenku udon, a simple dashi broth udon with fish cake and deep fried tofu pocket. This is not simply a udon, but a warm flavourful delight that you can't easily find around town. I highly recommend ordering that to eat with sushi.Lastly, the highlight of the meal is their spicy salmon yubu tart. It is a recently popularized way of enjoying a rice ball adjacent product. The spicy salmon is enhanced by small bits of onion and green onion mixed together. The sweet tofu skin exterior rounds out the general flavour of the rice ball, such that soy sauce or wasabi are not necessary.I am very surprised by the quality of the food and can't wait to be back to try bento, donburi and tempura when I'm in the neighborhood. This is an excellent take out sushi restaurant that I would highly recommend to friends.”

The burgers are always fresh, juicy, and cooked to perfection. The service is excellent too. Highly recommend trying it out if you're a burger lover!”

“Had a Ceasar Salad, Tonnarelli Pasta and a Neapolitan Pizza. Everything was great. Though it was full quarters there was parking right in front. Our waitress recommended the Asti Barberry wine and it was perfect. One small thing: two of the large sea-shells were empty but i found their treasures later in among the others in the sauce. Probably best if they were stuck back inside their shells as the dish is being plated, if possible, for customers who may wonder, not realizing where they've disappeared to.”
“AWESOME FAMILY RESTAURANT AND VERY REASONABLE PRICE! We've been to quite a few restaurants along Danforth since it's more convenient, and we thought - why don't we go a bit farther from the major intersection and see how it goes? I'm glad we did and what a great experience at Pape Village! I'd admit we aren't too familiar with Greek cuisine so it took us a while to go over the menu and had to ask a bunch of questions. It was a busy night (even though it was early on a weeknight), but the staff was very patient in answering our questions and gave us some good ideas. Unlike some other places in the area, they didn't rush us in placing the order at all and we appreciated that very much! We started with two appetizers: taramosalata (a fish roe dip) and fried calamari. The dip was great - the typical good quality you'd expect from a decent restaurant. What really surprised us was the fried calamari - it was perfectly deep fried with thin batter, and the squid was so tender :) Then, we ran into a "challenge" - we were sort of half full by that time, and judging by the food portion from other guests, we decided to order just one main course to share. It turns out to be a great decision as the main course was HUGE!!! We wanted to order the Kontosouvli Pork, but it's only available during weekend thus we ordered Pork Souvlaki instead. The pork was nicely grilled - super tender and juicy. Given the high food quality and excellent services, the price was more than reasonable. We'll definitely visit again, probably during weekend in order to try the Kontosouvli Pork :)”
“The place has a certain (Olde) charm. We were seated quickly despite not having a reservation.Service was fast, friendly and informative.The food was very good as well, the only thing I wish was having a meaningful dessert selection. There was only one item available for dessert, which was icecream.We tried a couple of cocktails and they were very good as well.”

“What a wonderful experience we had! Great food and service! The chef was really nice and came to meet us in the end. If you want authentic Mexican food, this is the place to visit. Good size portions of food and delicious nachos!We also got complimentary Guacamole and chips from the chef. The Guacamole was delicious, freshly made and served in mortar and pestle. “So I ordered from The Uber app and the driver took the wrong bag he refused to go back and get the right one when I called the store they were so accommodating and did everything to rectify the situation! I did not have to go through the support center on the Uber app they made sure I got my items and through in a free immune booster shot so I am very happy.One of the best customer service experiences! “Best crust available locally. Generous toppings. Friendly people. This has become our “Go To” pizza joint. Whether it’s takeout or eat in the pizza’s always delicious. We have been many times for a slice and ordered out quite a few. By now we’ve just about sampled all the many styles available. The pizza is always made right with a nice brown bottom and plentiful toppings. We probably have 10-15 pizzerias within a couple of miles and this is the only one we now use.”

The store is a good 10 minute drive from my house, so when my food arrived less than 30 minutes after I ordered it, I was quite surprised.I even thought maybe I got someone else's order, but it was mine: orange beef, Cantonese Chow Mein, deep fried shrimp, pork fried rice, and lemon chicken. This place has an Indian retro vibe that you won’t get it in many restaurants in Toronto.They have excellent platter varieties and their juicy Momo’s are must try. Mix veg and chicken Pastas are also equally good.I have visited this place many times and had good experience every time.Restrooms are downstairs so you have take some narrow steps to get there. “My wife and I were there for breakfast as she found this place for something local to try and we were not disappointed at all. Ambience and decor is amazing just like the old " sock hop" days. Service was wonderful friendly ( thanks to all the ladies especially Shy , if we have that correct hopefully. My wife ordered the eggs benedict with the eggs medium-hard they came as she ordered and I had the scrambler dish which came out sizzling in the pan just as it should be.Amazing home fries just as they should be made with real potatoes. To be more specific, I ordered 3 eggs of any style with a choice of bacon, sausage or ham. Nothing fancy. The scrambled eggs tasted great, not rubbery, which is what you want. You can also substitute fruit for the home fries if you wish. The food was also made quite quick. Since I only ordered Uber Eats, this review will not cover anything related to service or the overall ambience of the restaurant. Hopefully I will be able to experience that someday!”

Want frozen dumplings and Cherry Coke for dinner, a James Baldwin magnet for the fridge, and a witchy oracle deck to consult while wearing crowned crane socks? This is your place. “Had a craving for Chinese food, and this place satisfied that craving. Called ahead and ordered the dinner for 2 and a side of chicken wings. I was told 25 mins, and by the time I got there, it was ready waiting for me. The wings were that taste I remembered as a child. The food was tasty and indeed piping hot, and the portion size was large enough that we will get 2 meals out of it. Bang for buck, you can't go wrong with ordering from China Food. Highly recommended if you want Chinese food at a great price.”
“Very flavourful food from an honest restaurant. This gentleman can cook. I like that I can taste the coconut milk in the rice and peas. Oxtail is great and the gravy is the best part. I went in to for oxtail and he honestly told me they were not ready. He said he could give me some as it was cooked but it wasn't cooked to the right tenderness. That's honesty! He could have served it up and would have spent the rest of the day trying to get meat off the bones, lol.I had the jerk chicken instead and it was great! The stew chicken and curry goat are also excellent. This is my "go-to" for Jamaican food staples like oxtail, curry goat and jerk chicken.”

“A gem of an establishment. These people put great care into the food they serve and everything I have ever had from this place is delicious. The Chicken Souvlaki and Meatball dishes are both superb. The Moussaka is outstanding. Fresh greek salad, rice, potatoes, salad dressing all 5 star. Very friendly atmosphere with knowledgeable staff happily eager to assist you quickly and efficently.”

Just like any other takeout or small business sometimes things are hit or miss but we have always had good experiences. The potato samosas are great. The sweet yogurt is alreally good. “My son and I were looking for a cup of coffee, and were drawn to 367 Cafe by the promise of a patio. It's in the back and can be heated. Essentially this is a cozy cafe and sports bar. The very friendly proprietor told us it isn't worth his while to try to serve meals during the pandemic. The espresso was very good, however.”

“I love Subhan Halal Pizza and their fried Chicken; they are more delicious compared to several other pizza stores I’ve tried in Toronto. I also appreciate the fact that I don't have to worry about my food or cheese being haram. Sometimes I go to Subhan Pizza in person, but mostly order from them via Uber Eats, and sometimes they forget to include things like creamy garlic but that's Human and alright. I HAVE TO EAT THEIR PIZZA TWICE EVERY MONTH! Also, I think their customer service will do much better if they smile a bit more. ?”

“Craving sushi for dinner and found this take out spot. The restaurant looks nice and smells like it has good sushi, so I decided to try a few things.The Maki platter B seems to feature a different selection of rolls over time, but I had California roll, yam tempura roll, spicy salmon roll, salmon avocado roll, mad crab roll, double shrimp roll and dynamite roll. The first 4 rolls are common among sushi restaurants so I will not be reviewing those here. The rice is pretty well done, neither too sweet or sour.My favourite is the mad crab roll is a shrimp tempura roll with shredded imitation crab and spicy mayo on top. The sauce does not overpower the rest of the components. The shredded crab adds sweetness to the otherwise simply crunchy roll.Double shrimp is a close second, with two shrimp tempura in the middle and 1 cooked shrimp with torched mayo on top. This is such an excellent idea to add more shrimp flavour into the maki.Not on the menu online, is the zenku udon, a simple dashi broth udon with fish cake and deep fried tofu pocket. This is not simply a udon, but a warm flavourful delight that you can't easily find around town. I highly recommend ordering that to eat with sushi.Lastly, the highlight of the meal is their spicy salmon yubu tart. It is a recently popularized way of enjoying a rice ball adjacent product. The spicy salmon is enhanced by small bits of onion and green onion mixed together. The sweet tofu skin exterior rounds out the general flavour of the rice ball, such that soy sauce or wasabi are not necessary.I am very surprised by the quality of the food and can't wait to be back to try bento, donburi and tempura when I'm in the neighborhood. This is an excellent take out sushi restaurant that I would highly recommend to friends.”

“Ordered Uber Eats from here to my hotel and I have to say, I was quite pleased with the quality of my breakfast. To be more specific, I ordered 3 eggs of any style with a choice of bacon, sausage or ham. Nothing fancy. The scrambled eggs tasted great, not rubbery, which is what you want. You can also substitute fruit for the home fries if you wish. The food was also made quite quick. Since I only ordered Uber Eats, this review will not cover anything related to service or the overall ambience of the restaurant. Hopefully I will be able to experience that someday!”

“My wife and I were there for breakfast as she found this place for something local to try and we were not disappointed at all. Ambience and decor is amazing just like the old " sock hop" days. Service was wonderful friendly ( thanks to all the ladies especially Shy , if we have that correct hopefully. My wife ordered the eggs benedict with the eggs medium-hard they came as she ordered and I had the scrambler dish which came out sizzling in the pan just as it should be.Amazing home fries just as they should be made with real potatoes.
