The samosas were delicious: having the sauces on top, rather than on the side, gave them a special flavour. The mixed vegetables and Lamb Korma were perfectly done. And the Naan and rice were the perfect compliments. We enjoyed and will be back. Thank you.”

“This place has the best fish & chips, without a doubt. We ordered the hake (5 oz) and haddock (6 oz), which came with chips and coleslaw. And we loved the homemade tartar sauce! But if you don’t want fish, there are other options on the menu. The restaurant is small but quaint with lots of seating. For lunch on a Saturday, we managed to find a parking spot and did not have to wait to be seated. The service was very friendly and the atmosphere had good vibes. Would definitely come back!”

“We just ordered My Big Fat Greek meal and an 18” Golden Pizza for pick up. The kids and adults were so happy with the food. Fresh ingredients, quality meats, delicious salad, and lots of everything, including sauces. And as it always is when we go for pizza at Grampas - he orders from here religiously- the pizza was phenomenal, with kids vying for the yummy dough ball in the middle. AND the price was so reasonable. The food was ready exactly when they said it would be (only 20min from the time we ordered), and the guys were warm and friendly and clearly just good, hard working people. We will be ordering again soon and repeatedly. I highly recommend Golden Pizza Geo :)”

“Second visit to this restaurant. We ordered pho and mango milkshakes to go! Tried the grilled pork wraps last time. Everything was super delicious, pho broth flavourful and size was well-portioned. “Absolutely love the food from EDEN, on Coxwell Avenue. It is our local and we get take out at least 1 - 2 times a week. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care—every dish had that perfect balance of taste and texture you hope for. The portions are generous, and there is something to please everyone in our family ...we love all of their soups and noodle dishes, our faves. The restaurant is clean, however not a fancy dining environment, just basic tables and chairs. I think most of their business is take out, so they haven't done much with the dining room. The staff are warm, attentive, and always recognize "regulars' in a welcoming way. Service is always quick, and everything arrives hot and beautifully presented. Happy to recommend this lovely little place. It’s the kind of place you can count on for a relaxed meal, whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout. Definitely a go-to for delicious, comforting Chinese food—I’ll be back for sure!”

To my surprise I was I was charged less than what the price stated on the menu. The chicken and the lamb were both tender and spiced just right. I was very impressed by the quality of the food - fresh, clean and very tasty. For a quick and inexpensive meal, I highly recommend Afghan Cuisine on Overlea Blvd.”

I decided to work from here for about an hour, but the music was almost unbearable. Imagine the most generic, uninspiring jazz you’d hear while on hold with your bank, except played at an unnecessarily loud volume. I actually asked the barista how she manages to listen to it all day.

To make matters worse, the washroom was dirty, which was especially disappointing considering I arrived around 10am. It certainly didn’t look like it had been cleaned that morning.

It’s a shame because the space has potential and the service was great, but the music and bathroom cleanliness really detracted from the experience.”

I’ve been coming here and their old location for years now, and somehow the quality is consistently superb.

Their sandwiches are so well put together. The amount of meat, cheese, greens, and sauce is just right, and you can tell they actually care about what they’re making.

I also got to see their kitchen once, and it was spotless, like, immaculately clean. That honestly made me appreciate the place even more.

“The Service was great but I will never order the pancakes from them again, I was undercooked and dorothy on the inside. I told our waitress and they brought me a new one and It's same thing, either they don't communicate with the kitchen or the people who cook the pancakes just don't care. Eventhough the waitress has rectify the issue and asked me if I want to order something else but everyone already finished eating so end up didn't get to eat.”

Thought I’d try these guys out after they opened, approximately ten years ago. I was NOT disappointed. Our “relationship” got to the point where I could call for an order (I lived a 5 minute walk away), and the owner recognized my voice, and could recite my order verbatim.

Moved out of the province three years ago, and have not yet found wings that could compare.

“i am in the area all summer as I go to Kiwanis pool daily. I stopped in one day to get a slice and they offered veggie or pepperoni. I chose veggie and the slice was gigantic and dripping with cheese and profuse toppings! The crust was crispy and excellent and I was amazed at how great it was! I am disabled and need to use a walker and the worker at the front held the door open for me and was extremely accommodating! I have been back several times since then. I am going to try the chicken and the ribs next time. The owner is Sri Lankan and very friendly as well as his children who work there. The prices are also very good, 6.00 for a slice with pop! The restaurant was very clean also.”
