Today they added parsley instead of cilantro and im allergic to parsley... called to mention that this is not okay as now I am suffering all I got back was "ill train the staff" I understand the wrong shipment might have come but don't replace a whole item with another one and not inform people....

Paid $16 for a "steak" wrap that was 90% dry brown rice. I think there were maybe 5 tiny cubes of steak in it, which is a shame because that and the chopped beet slaw in the wrap were good.

What is Freshii thinking with this new menu?! Staff definitely need some more training. The owner was quick to respond to my concerns about the food, which is great. But the new menu is not great especially in terms of removing some classic dishes. Again, these changes are not effective at all. Removing bowls like Pangoa, and adding stuff that nobody will order is not a good strategy. I get expanding the menu but removing good dishes means that there is less options for someone like me and my wife.

The food is always great but the hours are inconsistent. There have been multiple times where we have gone to get something during their regular hours (as per Google and their sign out from of the restaurant) and they have been closed. Especially Saturdays- we have gone before 6pm and it’s already closed even though it’s advertised that they are open until 7pm. Another time we walked in before 6 and the guy told us they were closed. Update your hours. It’s frustrating trying to guess whether you’ll be open or not.

I ordered food online and the system identified 2 different times it would be delivered; one was 30 minutes later which I wanted and saw; the other on the receipt that showed noon the next day. Their system is jacked up. Do not order anything from them online. I'm now wasting time trying to fix this and get a refund. So many other restaurants have way more organized.

We had a great experience ordering catering from this Freshii! It was a last minute order, but Naitik was SO incredibly helpful and was able to accommodate for an order for 40 people with just a few hours notice. The food was great and the delivery went seamlessly. Thank you so much!

Got a Buddha Satay bowl only to find that the sauce was extremely thin to the point it looked and tasted like soup. After complaining they advised that they added coconut water to the sauce but refused to provide a replacement or refund.
They don’t use real peanut sauce. My budda satay bowl tasted like water and when I questioned the person working there he said they add coconut water not water and sometimes the coconut water is too watery ……

This was the worst meal from a freahii that we've had. It's like they poured the noodles into the bowl with the water, there was so much saturation. The veggies were total mush and we ordered the Buddah satay and there was no peanut sauce in the noodles. I had chosen egg as my protien, this was pure salt. I really do enjoy freahii but the way this food was made and out soggy and salty and no sauce. I'd highly recommend people to choose another location.
