Poor communication. I paid for my food before I got it. The person who brought out the food was different than the one who the took my order. I had to wait around for them to confirm that I did actually pay. This made me feel uneasy and I’ve never been back and I live in the neighbourhood. Plus, I was disappointed at the quality of the food. Next door is better.

So surprised koffee is smiling in that picture just the woman attitude alone like if you're not happy with your job then leave..find something else ... i was reading the reviews about her being rude and i was laughing cause i know thats how is carribean people are but no shes actually miserable. I can't even tell you if the food is good I didn't even buy it cause the lady was rude and the way the food is stored doesn't look good.
Oh man. Yesterday I got the ox tail at the end of the day, and grabbed my wife a j*** chicken for our drive north to home. Ox tail was so good and rich flavor. Just good eating. Loved eating the meat off the little bones. Today my wife still hadn't finished her chicken because she hasn't been feeling good. I ate it! I dunno, but if I was on my deathbed this would be a decent last meal.

Can’t comment on the quality of food because I never made it to the restaurant. I placed an order for pickup and the lady taking my order was extremely rude. Her answer to everything I said was “mhm” and when I completed the FIRST ITEM she went ‘mm’ and hung up.

Lady is extremely rude and filled with attitude. You need your customers, they don’t need you. Was a bit skeptical based on the poor Uber eats review and should’ve trusted it. Charging over $20 for an oxtail meal and it was just bone and gravy, not pleased and would never order again.
