You would think that after all these 1 star reviews that the staff would learn something but obviously they did not.It is easier to change the lousy attitude at this Kibo location than it is to try and bury all these 1 star reviews....Let that soak in.The staff at this Lakeshore location is tarnishing the Kibo brand.....Garbage service from garbage people.

Update this review because our recent experience. The foods always good for us but they need to work on their customer service. Gave us the wrong order and when we came back after complaint it seems they did not take the matters seriously.

GARBAGE FOOD and GARBAGE SERVICE. The food is DISGUSTING. Their chef does not know how to make Japanese food. The Japchae smelled like feet, which they tried to mask with a mountain of sugar. Their customer service is non existent. They a snarky kid working the desk with a power trip, thinks he's got authority over a notepad and a pen. Absolute travesty. DO NOT ORDER. Avoid eating spoiled food masked with sugar. Will send a complaint to food inspector to pay this place a visit.

Awful experience with this restaurant. Didn't recieve correct order and quantity was wrong. When I called the store, the owner said they know for sure it was right and that I'm wrong and that they don't care that they lose me as a customer. Zero accountability, Kiyo sushi is much better.

I ordered to home, it was really fresh and delicious , couldn’t stop eating.I will definitely order again.
Came in while they were eating lunch and they wrapped up so fast to make my order. Great service. Sushi already made available for quick pick up.

below average and medium quality at best. service is fast. better options are available in the area. I tried the Maki plate, the decorations was so basic, probably I could get same quality at the grocery stores with slightly better value. Sorry but this place was not within my standards. street paid parkings are plenty in the area.

Can't speak about the food as I was unable to place an order due to TERRIBLE customer service. The lady who worked the front was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL and tried to justify her disgusting behaviour by saying she was "busy". If you want to go somewhere and be treated with respect AVOID this place.

This is my go to sushi place in the area and I would definitely give to Kibo Lakeshore 5 starts if they had dine in. They only offer take out so be prepared to just pick up and eat sushi at home.
