First time here and all of the other reviews are spot on. Solid sub for a reasonable price... ask for the special sauce! The owner is a gem... was telling me he's been in the neighbourhood since 1974 and this will be his 50th year. Very nice guy and even refused a tip, saying it was his pleasure to make me a sub. 5/5 recommend!

George's Lakeshore Super Submarine - and George himself - are a neighbourhood staple! Best sub sandwich around. Way better than the big, bland multinational sub chains you find everywhere. George, the owner operator, is always friendly and has plenty of humour which makes the experience of going here for a sub special. Highly recommend.

I got the assorted sub, it was very basic with lettuce, mayo, and tomato.The interior is a diner style with old games and old school seating.There are a good number of menu items, with different protein choices. All are well priced. The owner will make the sandwich to order!
