The service and staff at this Panera have been absolutely incredible and so patient with me. I have never been to a Panera before, Adriana was so kind and helped me navigate the menu and brought all my food to me! I will definitely return to Panera. My food is delicious and my iced chocolate mocha drink sitch is fantastic.

I really like the Frontega chicken sandwich, but this location did an absolutely horrible job at it. The chicken was chewy, the tomatoes were not nearly ripe, and the bread was fair at best. I was also surprised that they are now charging for chips. I haven't seen that in the US. I like Panera, but this one definitely doesn't meet what I expect from the brand. The McDonald's next door would be a better choice... and I'm not a McDonald's fan.

Not pleased. The place looks dirty. Sat in a booth and the space between seat and back was full of crumbs. The seat was worn and torn. The carpet shows spills and gum stuck to floor. The washroom smells and no hand paper plus the floors were filthy. As for food they gave me the wrong food. Had no clean cups for my coffee. The coffee container was empty and then also the creamer. This place is in great need of upgrades in many ways.Yuck.Vegetarian options: NoKid-friendliness: OkParking: Plenty

Panera here is nothing like the U.S. The food was overpriced for the quality and quantity. My Buffalo chicken melt sandwich barely had any chicken in it. The French onion soup had too much half-cooked onion and had fresh-cut bread inside instead of soaked bread.

This was our first time at Panera Bread. Our experience was lackluster. We ordered and split a Large BBQ Chicken Sandwich and opted for a bag of chips (opposed to a choice of apple or more bread). We also ordered two bottomless coffees. Our total bill came to $20, which to us seemed like a lot for a sandwich, bag of chips, and two drip coffees. For food value, we felt like the meal came up short. Also, this sandwich had cheese on it, which was not noted on the board -- a surprise welcomed by cheese lovers but not by the lactose intolerant. We did enjoy the fact that this is the kind of restaurant where you get left alone. If you are a new mom, senior, or student, this is the kind of local where you can spend countless hours reading or relaxing with a cup of coffee and just go about your business without being bothered by staff. There is an ample amount of seating where you can sit, work or just relax. The ebb and flow of customers is slow and steady, and customers are not pressured to leave. I can't tell if it's because that's the restaurant's vibe or if no one actually cares that you are there. It is reminiscent of the coffee houses of the 1990s.Lastly, there was an alarm that went off near the front door for over an hour. It is just ridiculous to expect staff and customers to listen to this horrible noise. If the security system isn't working, just turn it off or call someone to repair it. To avoid it, grab seating opposite the front door.Dietary restrictions: Dairy-free options are not clearly marked. No alternatives to dairy offered for coffee.

Very disappointing. I don't normally post reviews but feel like I had to this time. Had come here a while back and remember it being much better. This time we paid almost $50 for 2 small sandwiches and 2 small cups of soup. Sandwiches were terrible and soup was cold. Will never come back here again. Total rip off. I would be embarrassed if I owned this place.

Normal experience till I got confused with an item I had order and all I asked is if I could get a print out receipt with the prices for me to look at. I was meet with the most attitude who had the most disrespectful tone. “That is your receipt” “you have it” “I’m speaking, talk slow”, even want raise hand in put in my face. What seemed like just a regular cashier I come to find out from another employee that I was speaking to the manger on duty.. so your staff knows how to talk to customers but not management? Doesn’t seem right. There should be retraining for this specific manger. The date is 01/25/23 at 5pm if you would like to check records to make it more accommodating for customers.

They closed the location downtown Toronto by the University and I was really sad. That was years ago and I finally managed to make it out to this location. So far away. I went here for the salad, the baguette and their raspberry thumbprint cookies. When I first walked in I checked out their dessert options, no raspberry thumbprint cookie. I asked anyway, they did not have any, nor do they carry it at that location. Sadly. I was excited to get their Chicken Cobb salad w/their incredible Green Goddess dressing. The salad is as tasty as ever! I actually remembered to ask for no bacon when it was made, as it was then I saw the pieces on top so it did need to be remade. They also didn't have the baguette. Eye roll. Mind you, it was their end of day, I get it. My remade salad was taking a long time. Yet I tried to be as patient as possible. My salad looked so appetizing someone asked me what it was and ended up ordering it too. All in all, in spite of my disappointment of them not having raspberry thumbprint cookies & me not getting a slice of baguette with my salad, Panera served up a great salad and their dining area is a nice spot to unwind a bit. Need to now venture to another Panera bread, in search of their raspberry thumbprint. This time, maybe I will call ahead, to quell any potential anticipation.

I always get the mac and cheese, the chicken on a nan was good when they use to have it. Seems they are getting rid of their food and bringing in easier faster stuff to make to compete. The Pizza is just ok. They could clean there dishes more thoroughly.

Arrived at 10 minutes past 11 am and the door was still locked. I had to go to the front window and wave down someone to open the door. The staff was friendly and completed my order quickly. I ordered a tea and when I went to fill my cup with hot water there was none. The tea selection is very limited, only orange pekoe, earl grey, lemon ginger, and green. My cinnamon swirl and raison bagel was delicious but for some reason they gave me one plate for two bagels, my wife and I. The place was also quite dirty with stained carpet and sticky floors, especially in the bathroom, which is pretty bad since we were there when they opened. I won't be back it was just too unprofessional and dirty.

Came in with my family. Greeted with fruit flies on the croissants. Decided on the chocolate chip cookie since it was bagged and looked the freshest along with some other items. Limited selections since it looks like they stopped baking since the morning. Pointed to the cookie When I ordered it When we recieved our food, found out the cashier did not ring up the cookie. She tried to pass it off like she didn't take my order. Restaurant was dirty, washrooms were dirty. Food and crumbs on the floor. Sad because Panera is a good chain restaurant but sadly won't be visiting this one again.

I love the chipotle chicken and bacon flatbread pizza and the broccoli cheddar soup! This was my last order in my favourite store in Don Mills, Toronto. The store already closed permanently 2 days after we visited the location. I will surely miss the food in Panera. Baked potato chips is also the best!Vegetarian options: Different healthy and delicious salads are available.Dietary restrictions: Order can be modified depends to your dietary restrictions e.g. gluten allergy, lactose intolerance, nut allergy etc

underwhelming.. especially for the price.. go to San Remo and pay $11 vs $13 for a proper sized sandwich. They only offer chips, apple or more bread for a sandwich side ... you can't swap or get a credit off anything else like a discounted cookie...

You'd think ordering a few soups would be easy yet they stilled butchered my order on a delivery and left me paying $50 for a soup and sandwich. Most expensive grilled cheese of my life, congratulations you beat the exhibition, at least that thing had sprinkles on it though.

So-so Panera location. The food was good but the eating area is looking old with cracked vinyl on their chairs and scuffed walls and generally a tired look. Panera needs to spend some money at this location and get it back to standards. The photos tell the tale.
