Anytime you go there and order chicken wings they're answer is always no. Why does this particular Rexdale location never have wings I wanna know? Coz that's the only thing I like at Popeyes apart from it's fries. Also nothing is fresh. The chicken is kept cold and has been fried in used oil. Popeyes this is horrible quality. Don't be misled by the many fake reviews on here. Most of the 5 star reviews have just one review.The tall thin lady taking orders needs to fix her attitude. Shes been there for years but doesn't know what customer service is. Her manager or store owner needs to train her on some skills. I asked for a wings combo and said don't give me the drink so she charged me separately for wings and fries which costs more than combo and when I brought it to her attention she's like how can I charge you for drink when you're not taking it I said why should I pay more for taking less items? What logic is that? I said ok give me the drink then she did some dumb recalculation which was also not correct and then didn't even give the drink. Girl your not just weak in logic, customer service, maths but also in basic common sense!!

I ordered there chicken combo. It was very good. They ask me to wait for fresh chicken around 10-15 minutes and its worth the wait and price. Overall the customer service is very good. And its nice place to visit. Totally recommended.

WORST popeyes ever. I ordered a two piece chicken platter. I was told to wait 15 minutes for the chicken to cook. I went back after 15 minutes, they told me to wait another 10 minutes. However I stood there and watch them fulfil Uber eats orders with the “fresh chicken” and I had to continue to wait. After about 35 minutes I finally got my food. My sides were fries and mashed potato with gravy. The mashed potato looks like there’s only one teaspoon of gravy on it. The chicken have a weird scent, similar to urine (not sure if it’s the spices). The fries were extremely stale. I wasted my 18 dollars for something that is going straight in the garbage.

Dear manager, please my humble request to fire this front girl and the cook at woodbine location. She and the cook have really ill manners and zero customer service. I visited there today on Jan 22,2024. I ordered chicken sandwiches for my family and one of the sandwich had raw and uncooked chicken. I showed it to that girl and the cook and to my surprise, they said they don’t know how uncooked chicken looks like as they don’t eat chicken. Obviously it was pink Color meat which shows it’s uncooked inside.I told them that I know this because I eat chicken. Come on guys if you don’t know all this then what’s the point of working at Popeyes. Use your common sense!!
