I order at least once a day because I work in the building. Morning staff is absolutely wonderful. The afternoon staff however, love to blame the mobile app for their shortcomings. I understand they are busy at all times it’sTim Hortons when is it not busy? I will stand there and wait (I have no problem) but when I have to ask for my order because it was forgotten or overlooked I am told it’s bc I order through the app. If o get cold food the first excuse is the mobile app....read full review
Worst coffee they make! I never got nice half and half French vanilla with half hot chocolate from this place.I ordered potato wedges ,quantity is very low -it’s basically half cup.Didn’t like their service much.I wouldn’t say this to all the employees,but some of them are not up to the mark.

This location is very efficient. You have to be reasonable seeing as this location is hounded by office people, students, and transit folks. They try their best and will occasionally make errors. Be kind! Shout out to the male associate who is currently behind the counters during the morning rush, great customer service and quick service!!
