a terrible manager who bullies employees, pushes them and grabs them by their clothes and makes them cry. dismisses without explanation. a psychologically unstable person who is dangerous to others. I ask senior management to sort it out and put things in order.

Terrible customer service by Florence. I have been coming into this location for 2 years. I have complained to Florence about the way she serves me and is repeatedly disrespectful and prolongs my orders more than once. but because I complained now she is treating me like I am crazy because I asked her in front of ppl to serve me kindly more than once. Next time I will be reporting this behavior to human resources. She always has a frown on her face and is looking for a way to set people off by her bad attitude and customer service.

This location is very efficient. You have to be reasonable seeing as this location is hounded by office people, students, and transit folks. They try their best and will occasionally make errors. Be kind! Shout out to the male associate who is currently behind the counters during the morning rush, great customer service and quick service!!

I order at least once a day because I work in the building. Morning staff is absolutely wonderful. The afternoon staff however, love to blame the mobile app for their shortcomings. I understand they are busy at all times it’sTim Hortons when is it not busy? I will stand there and wait (I have no problem) but when I have to ask for my order because it was forgotten or overlooked I am told it’s bc I order through the app. If o get cold food the first excuse is the mobile app. It should not matter if I order online or in the line. The food should come out the same If you can’t handle the mobile orders then why offer it? Only positive is the morning staff who are helpful (especially the one guy that learned my regular tea order). Their phone customer service was very helpful for this situation.

Worst coffee they make! I never got nice half and half French vanilla with half hot chocolate from this place.I ordered potato wedges ,quantity is very low -it’s basically half cup.Didn’t like their service much.I wouldn’t say this to all the employees,but some of them are not up to the mark.

I am posting from my friends account as I couldn't post from my own. I am regular customer for this outlet as my office is in the building beside this. There were times when there was error in my order but I always understood the situation but what happened today was really ugly experience. In the evening I went there to get a crispy chicken creavables which is my usual order. They didn't have the usual bun so I went for the bagel, which I have tried a few times earlier too. As soon as I took the first bite I could sense a pungent smell. Couldn't swallow that bite and smelled the burger, it smelled terrible. Just for confirmation asked my colleagues to smell it and they confirmed it didn't smell good at all. I went to them and let them know that it smelled weird. The guy sniffed it from outside the wrapper and said everything is okay. I told him that I eat the same food almost everyday but never had that experience. Yet the guy in specs tried to convince me that it was the BBQ sauce he made in the morning and hasn't received any complaints the whole day. He didn't even offer to make a replacement. I was really hungry and furious at the same time. It was pretty busy so I simply asked him to throw it. He threw it and began handling other customers. This is really pathetic!!!!

I have a good experience as well as bad. Because I am working there and I need coffee on the daily basis. There is rush all the times so they usually in a hurry to make your order. Once they make wrong. Once they put something instead of asked one. As well as they always took time to take the order like if the customer is gone and you are free you should attend the next one but sometimes I feel some lackness. The prices are too high for the every thing in there. I mean it’s not Starbucks it’s Tim only. They should make it cheap and for everyone.Otherwise the taste is great there.

Extremely disappointed with their services. I know you guys have so much pressure but you have to work with responsibility.Whenever I told them and say what I want they don’t follow my request.You people need to serve your customer with manners doesn’t matter how much he or she spending.And I don’t think some of them are trained and these people’s don’t know how to serve food to others.Tim Horton needs to follow up what customer needs.
