So slow, got tea waiting after 20 minutes unfortunately its cold. Staff is so rude, looks like they are serving us for free. So disappointed by the service. 2 stars only because of the name of Tim Hortons

Upon visiting Tim Hortons for our morning breakfast, we were greeted warmly upon entry. The establishment's staff exhibited remarkable friendliness. Our order was swiftly taken and the food was promptly prepared. Although we faced a few hiccups—such as cheese being added to a breakfast combo despite our request to omit it, a missing coffee in the second order, and the absence of a hash brown to complete our combo—these issues were promptly addressed with a sincere apology....read full review
