I had such an disappointing experience today in the morning. I had ordered a breakfast sandwich and was told to wait around the corner for my sandwich. I assume its so they can take as long as they want and the wait time isn't monitored. I waited nearly 10 minutes on the side as 3-4 cars before me had received their order before me. I had to go inside myself to pick up my sandwich and the sandwich was cold by the time I received it. To top it off, waiting this long made me late for work. I normally have a good experience with the staff here, but that was a terrible experience on a holiday that was not even that busy. This occurred on the morning of Good Friday.

Unacceptable ! Waited for more than 15 minutes in the drive-thru with just 2-3 cars ahead. Got lukewarm tea that tasted awful. When I complained about the wait time, the turbaned guy at the window didn't even bother to reply and just gave me a dead-eyed stare. Give your staff training of etiquettes and how to greet a customer.

The past 2-3 times I went there I got charged more than I should’ve been. Only one lady ever gets my orders right. The first time the screen was off so I couldn’t see that they charged me extra for something I didn’t ask for. Somehow I end up paying $4 more than I should’ve when using an offer from the app. They charge extra for things that are already supposed to be on the item you’re ordering, not sure if this is normal, but if you’re ordering on the app, you don’t get charged the extra. So if you don’t want to overpay, order online.Also whenever I try to write to their support people (what they tell you to do when you leave a bad review), my app doesn’t let me pick a location, so I’m unable to go to the next step. Tried deleting the app, and it doesn’t fix the issue.

Apparently charging for hot water is thing here even if you bring you're own cup. Also tea biscuits are not a menu options while other locations have them readily available. They have this get in and get out

Lady Named Anmol worked here, I don't even know thats her name or she just throws this name because she dont even wear name tag, anyways, i order small sized tea so she gave me medium, i told her, that not what i order instead to correct she that she starts showing me attitude... and i end up without getting my tea worst service ever ... poor staff ..... untrained and uneducated staff.... shame on them that dont even do their jobs wisely

If I could give negative stars, I would. I went through the drive thru this morning. And granted, it was busy. I ordered a coffee and plain croissant warmed up. Finally got to the window. The person working at the window. Never confirmed my order. Just asked how I was going to pay. I said debit. She hands me the debit machine. And my tap went through right away. I asked her why it was $7.90. Turns out she charged me for someone else’s order. When I asked for a refund. She got an attitude and gave me my refund in cash. I asked for a receipt. They gave me a receipt that belonged to the wrap order. I wanted the receipt for my actual order. Anyway, it was the response in attitude that has me writing this review. I get that it can get busy sometimes but I would’ve been fine waiting a little longer for my correct order, had they taken a moment to confirm my order with me. Anyway, still got the wrong order. I got a cold cheese crossiant instead of my plain crossiant. Never will I go back to that Tim Hortons ever! The one at Westwood mall is much, much better.
