I've been coming here for over 2 years. The staff know my regular order. They are friendly and very welcoming. Anytime I have had an issue, they are very helpful in resolving the problem. There are many other Tim Hortons around, but I always come to this location. Thank you.
If you have a choice, you should go here. You can get coffee and donuts anywhere, but here, you get friendly and helpful employees who do their best to brighten your day with their smiles, and contagious sense of humour during every visit. I go here to pick up orders for our training sessions and for my own coffee in the morning. When I have a large order, she offers to carry it to my car. Amazing customer service! Do not know how to follow simple instructions. Ordering a farmers wrap and asking for the hash brown on the side instead of inside is such a challenge for them and is possible because I do it every time. It’s a joke.
