I went in for a double double tea and an iced coffee. It took over 10 minutes because the employee decided to help out other customers before completing our order, then when I got out of there and took a sip of my drink there was no cream or sugar in the double double that I ordered.

The staff is rude. I wanted to customise my drink and they weren’t ready to listen and take my order. The married woman on S&S is absurdly rude and she should learn how to talk to customers. If you are working in customer service industry there is a way to talk. The managers should teach her. Won’t recommend because of bad interaction with staff.

This store is a joke. Excessive lines, filthy and the staff are rude.I had the pleasure of being serviced by Greeti, Param and Parib. They were working drive thru. Refused to give the mobile order and told me to collect it inside. As it was mistakenly placed for "pick up" rather than drive thru. I could see it, but they said since it was placed for inside, they CAN'T give it to me thru the window.Since when?It took longer to be combative than the 10 steps it took to get it in the end.

This Tim Hortons is very dirty and not clean. I saw mouse running inside there. I told them, and they just laughed... the evening manager she is just careless the heat is so high there. They clearly don't want anyone to sit inside. washrooms are always dirty, and they have so many flies flying
