There was a lady staff who was very rude. I requested another cashier to take my order. Later when I went to give another order, she was commenting on me. I asked for Manager or a feedback form to file a complain, staff said there is no feedback form and Manager was currently not present.

Every order is made wrong or wirh something missing. 95% of the staff are incompetent, rude, dismissive and slow to fulfill orders successfully. Worst yet, there has been dried fecal matter in the bathroom stall for months now.
