The worst service ever experienced in my entire life. I ordered online, and I went to take my order after 10 minutes. The guy named Ritvik was very very rude and he even told me if I don’t like the service, go somewhere else! First of all the service is very slow, every time I go there, there is always line up! And secondly, what’s the point of ordering online if I am not getting my order even after 10 minutes!
That fat guy that works there needs to know that no one’s forcing him to work there. If he feels like he doesn’t like his job then he needs to quit and go elsewhere. That unnecessary attitude and rude customer service he thinks he can provide people is definitely not ok. All those ladies are so nice but he always has this rude attitude and for some reason makes these remarks that maybe in his head he feels are smart but are just straight stupid.
